Urban Cowboy
Urban Cowboys is the hip hospitality group behind the famous Lodge, located in New York’s Catskill mountains, Public House, and The Dive Motel in Nashville. Known for its Cowboy themed concepts and maximalist interiors , Urban Cowboy gave birth to a new style dubbed Southwestern Deco, a style that was created by combining two different geometric styles from two different eras and ethos. The style was first introduced at the brands Bed & Breakfast location in Nashville. This was a change from the previous design seen at the brands earlier outposts. Southwestern Deco has now become an integral part of the Urban Cowboy ethos.
The Cabin
The Groups first outpost, the Cabin, opened in Brooklyn, NYC. The space literally resembled a cabin. Hence the concept was to provide the escapism of wilderness lodging within an urban stay. This idea took off, and the Cabin was a hit. The brand expanded from there. As a result, the Cabin is now a regular feature in all Urban Cowboys stays. The Brooklyn location has since closed and is now functioning as a creative studio. specializing in residential, commercial, and immersive hospitality design.
The Lodge
What better location than the Lodge, to function as an Urban Cowboy flagship that perfectly embodies the brands’ identity. Just 2.5 hours away from New York City, it is the perfect drive for a staycation!!
The 28-room boutique hotel is in the Catskill mountains, situated on 68 acres, in the Big Indian Wilderness. Where guests can enjoy a soaking tub, refresh themselves in an Estonian Sauna, take a dive in the plunging hole, un wine by the fireplace, or gaze at the stars. Like Urban Cowboys other properties, each room is distinct in design, and features the brands bespoke wallpaper, individually curated antique accessories, a clawfoot tubs, potbelly stoves. a mini bar, and forest views to make your Cabin inspired stay unforgettable.
Public House & The Parlor
When it comes to dining and drinking, look no further than Public House, the groups award winning restaurant made famous in Nashville. This one-of-a-kind space, fuses craft cocktails, inspirational vegan, full animal butchery, locally sourced ingredients, and open fire cooking all into one unforgettable encounter. Dining is available outdoors or indoors. Oh, and don’t forget, plates are meant to be shared, to make your lodging experience even more convincing.
In the mood for entertainment, no worries, the Lodge offers live parties on the patio with DJ sets, and craft cocktails, all in an open-air setting.
