The famed hospitality group Atzaro has recently opened a new restaurant Aubergine, whose name literally means eggplant in Spanish.
The heritage of the brand is rooted in the North part of the Island. Atzaro group is celebrated for combining authenticity, luxury, and style for which the group has always been known for. Over the past several years Atzaro has made an even bigger name for itself by transitioning into Agroturism with Atzaro Agrotourism Hotel and Spa. Aubergine is just the latest of venues to open under the umbrella of Atzaros stylish portfolio of locales.
Influenced by the brand’s interest in Agroturismo, Aubergine specializes in fresh farm to fork with an emphasis on eclectic Mediterranean fare. Inspired by plant-based cuisine, many of the ingredients are grown in the restaurant’s on-site vegetable farm. Along with its intriguing selection of healthy Mediterranean dining options, Aubergine also offers its guests a vast assortment of freshly made juices, along with a local produce shop. All of which is located in a cozy and relaxing ambiance.
When it comes to style, Aubergine has been described as a Country Chic eatery, in the heart of the romantic countryside. Situated between Santa Gertrudis and San Miguel, Aubergine offers its guest a dream-like space in the heart of Ibiza. Aubergine provides quite a refreshing yet natural ambiance for its guests.
