NOSTALIGIA AND RETRO STYLES
Fashion has been in a nostalgic mood the past few seasons. With revival styles mainly from the 70’s through the Y2K era being front and center there’s plenty of vintage styles making a comeback. These pants fall between longer than a bermuda length short and shorter than capri pants usually hitting at the shin. Cardigans are a favorite in our wardrobes not to mention being a great layering piece that transitions well from season to season. The twist on cardigans that’s coming is that they’ll be in a shorter, cropped length circa 1990’s. A styling trick to wear this if you don’t want the full on cropped look is to wear it open layered over a tee or tank to still try out the trend.
We’re not done with sportswear just yet. Although, we seeing a transition towards moving into post-covid fashion, we’re still slow to let go of our comfy clothes altogether. Fashion is keeping a firm hold onto elevated sportswear pieces that can work for fashion and function.
